These Terms of Service govern your use of the Yug Purushottam mobile application and the website at yugpurushottam.com. By creating an account, submitting content, creating or managing an online event, or otherwise using features that require an account, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and should be read together with these Terms.

Yug Purushottam is an independent devotional and educational initiative focused on the life, teachings, books, philosophy and mission of Sri Sri Thakur Anukulchandra, together with related spiritual, devotional, educational, literary, satsang and community activities, including online events.

Features such as event groups, schedules, programs, comments and other user-submitted material must be used in a manner reasonably connected with this purpose and with the safe and orderly operation of the platform.

• You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not impersonate another person or misuse another person's account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Users who are permitted to create or manage online-event groups, schedules, programs or related information are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information they submit.

• Event names, descriptions, links and schedules must not be misleading.
• You must have the right to use any logo, image, text, link or other material you submit.
• You must not create events or groups for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unrelated commercial purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping event information reasonably current.

User content may include comments, replies, group and event details, schedules, program information, performer information, links, images and other material submitted through the service.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit. By submitting content, you give Yug Purushottam a non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service.

You must not use Yug Purushottam to submit, publish or facilitate:

• illegal activity or content that violates applicable law;
• fraud, deception, impersonation or deliberately misleading information;
• harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation or targeted abuse;
• hate speech or content that promotes violence against people or groups;
• sexually explicit, exploitative or child-endangering content;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• spam, malicious links, malware or attempts to disrupt or misuse the service;
• unauthorised advertising, solicitation or activity unrelated to the Platform Purpose; or
• content or conduct intended to evade moderation or other safeguards.

Yug Purushottam may review, hide, unpublish, deactivate, restrict or remove user content, online-event groups, events, schedules or other material where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, comply with law, respond to reports, prevent misuse, or maintain the Platform Purpose described above.

Where reasonably necessary, access to particular features or an account may also be restricted, suspended or terminated. Prompt action may be taken without prior notice when required for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention or service integrity.

Yug Purushottam may contain links to or rely on third-party services such as meeting, video, messaging or other external platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Yug Purushottam does not control and cannot guarantee the availability or operation of third-party services.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature, event, schedule, recording, link or service will always be available or error-free.

Repeated or serious violations of these Terms may result in restriction, suspension or termination of access. You may stop using the service at any time. Information about requesting deletion of your account and associated personal data is available on the Account Deletion page.

These Terms may be updated as the service changes or as legal, security or operational requirements evolve. The effective date on this page will be updated when the Terms change. Where appropriate, users may be asked to accept revised Terms before continuing to use account-based or user-content features.
